Safelite AutoGlass

They close at 5 pm, I repeat, they close at 5pm! Great work overall on the installation of the glass but poor automated messaging system. When they tell you the work will be done in 2-2.5 hours, just go there, and do not wait to be told your vehicle is done. You won't receive a text or update at all. Again, I don't think it has to do with the physical repair location itself, but more so the automated messaging system. I will say they are good about calling you to reschedule your appointment, and they are very professional on the phone. But yea could've gotten more stars if they fixed the status update messaging while your vehicle is in repairs/finished with repairs. Did I mention that the fort worth location closes at 5pm and not 6pm? Please fix that Google.

1st time using Safelire after a chip, turned in to a crack that splintered and Ran in the Texas heat. I was pleasantly surprised the mobile service quote was lower than other local non commercial options!! I even ended up with a small refund /credit because they recognized tjat my wiper blades were almost brand new and didnt need replacing. I truly appreciate the honesty. My technicia Dakota was polite and Gabe a clear overview of the process, time to complete& after install guidelines.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and handled my questions and concerns with a high level of professionalism. No pressure to choose add-ons or obstruct my choice to decline services. Great experience and highly recommend him and the company. Be sure to check your insurer’s coverage stipulations, some services/items may not be covered or only partially, but the technician will help with that and walk you through your options.

Joe was my technician and he was so great! His communication started early in the morning and he was able to be flexible with me. I had to give him my keys and go back to work for meetings. Despite me not being there, Joe kept excellent communication with me and gave me updates along the way. He was very pleasant and had a great demeanor. My chip has been taken care of and I’m very pleased with the result! I’d definitely recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would. This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car. Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately. After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me. Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is. How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is? Customer service has been just as bad. Long hold times, zero urgency, and representatives who act like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they’ve caused. No answers. No accountability. No solutions. At this point I’m left wondering: • Where is my glass? • Why has this taken three weeks? • When will this be fixed — if ever? This experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I rearranged my s
